RV Shows in New England 2026: Where to Shop, Compare, and Dream

April 18, 2026J Tarbox3 min read

If you're thinking about buying an RV — or just want to climb through a few dozen campers and trailers on a winter weekend — New England's RV shows are the place to start. These events bring together dozens of dealers and manufacturers under one roof, offering side-by-side comparison shopping that you can't get at a single dealership.

New England's RV show season runs from January through March, perfectly timed for planning your spring and summer camping trips. Here's everything happening in 2026.

New England RV Supershow — Boston

The region's largest RV event kicks off the year in January at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center in Boston. The New England RV Supershow runs for five days (January 16–20) and fills the convention center floor with hundreds of units — from compact teardrop trailers to luxury Class A motorhomes.

This is the show to attend if you want to see the broadest selection in one trip. Major national brands and regional dealers all compete for buyers here, which means show-floor pricing, financing specials, and trade-in deals that aren't available at the dealership. Even if you're not ready to buy, walking through the units is the best way to figure out what layout and size actually works for your family.

When: January 16–20, 2026 (Friday through Tuesday) Where: Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, Boston, MA Good for: Serious buyers, first-timers who want to see everything

New Hampshire RV Show — Bedford

The New Hampshire RV Show at the NH Sportsplex in Bedford is a more intimate alternative to the Boston supershow. Held in February, it draws primarily NH and southern Maine dealers and tends to focus on towable units — travel trailers, fifth wheels, and pop-ups — rather than the massive motorhomes you'll see in Boston.

Bedford's show is popular with first-time buyers because it's less overwhelming. You can actually talk to dealers without fighting through crowds, and the sales staff tend to have more time for questions. If you already know you want a towable unit and you're shopping NH-area dealers, this is a more efficient use of your weekend than the Boston show.

When: February 20, 2026 (Friday) Where: NH Sportsplex, Bedford, NH Good for: Towable shoppers, first-time buyers, NH/southern ME residents

NH Camping & RV Show — Milford

The NH Camping & RV Show at The Hampshire Dome in Milford is a three-day event in March that combines RV shopping with camping gear, accessories, and campground information. This show bridges the gap between the big January supershow and the start of camping season.

What makes Milford different is the camping lifestyle focus. Beyond the RV units on display, you'll find vendors selling everything from awning accessories to portable solar setups, plus representatives from New England campgrounds taking reservations for the summer season. It's as much about planning your trips as shopping for a rig.

When: March 13–15, 2026 (Friday through Sunday) Where: The Hampshire Dome, Milford, NH Good for: Accessory shopping, campground planning, combination RV and gear browsing

Tips for Getting the Most Out of an RV Show

Do your homework first. Browse manufacturer websites and decide on a general type (Class A, Class C, travel trailer, fifth wheel, pop-up) before you go. The show floor is overwhelming if you're looking at everything.

Wear comfortable shoes. You'll be walking and climbing in and out of units for hours. Leave the dress shoes at home.

Bring a tape measure and notebook. Take measurements of sleeping areas, storage, and doorways. After the tenth unit, they all blur together — notes and photos will save you later.

Ask about show pricing vs. lot pricing. Dealers offer show-specific discounts to move inventory. But "show pricing" sometimes means the deal is only valid that weekend, so understand the terms before you get excited about a number.

Don't forget the tow vehicle. If you're shopping for a towable, know your vehicle's towing capacity before you fall in love with a unit it can't pull.

Planning Your Camping Season

Once you've found your rig, the next step is planning where to take it. New England has hundreds of campgrounds, from oceanfront sites on the Maine coast to mountain campgrounds in the White Mountains and Green Mountains. Many of the region's fairs and festivals are held at fairgrounds with RV camping, making them perfect weekend destinations.
