73rd Boston Sea Rovers International Ocean Clinic

The Boston Sea Rovers International Ocean Clinic has run every year since 1954, and the organizer calls it the longest continuously running dive show in the world. The 73rd clinic takes place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Boston North Shore in Danvers. The weekend includes more than 40 daytime seminars with images and video from around the underwater world, a Saturday evening Film Festival, advanced workshops, Discover Scuba sessions in the hotel pool, art and shell exhibits, and a free Sunday Family Day with ocean activities for kids. The exhibit hall is free to enter and open to the public on both days, with what the organizer describes as over 60 exhibitors showing dive equipment, travel, training, art, clubs and environmental organizations. The exhibit hall opens at 8:45 AM Saturday and 9:15 AM Sunday; the daytime program runs 9 AM to 5 PM Saturday and 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM Sunday, and the Film Festival runs 8 to about 10:30 PM Saturday. Parking at the hotel is free. Exhibitors can register through the organizer's site, with set-up on the Friday before.
