Vendor Applications

There is no application form or portal — the Bethlehem Fair takes vendor enquiries by email, and space is sold only through the fair office. For OUTSIDE rental space email outsiderentals@bethlehemfair.com; for INDOOR rental space email Insiderentals@bethlehemfair.com. In either case send a photo of your setup and a complete list of the items you wish to vend. Food vendors should email kevin@bethlehemfair.com with a picture of the setup and a complete menu; food space is limited and only becomes available as existing vendors drop out. Space for amusement rides or games is full with no expected availability in the near future (also kevin@bethlehemfair.com). Applications are kept on file for future reference as space becomes available, so there is no closing date. The fair seeks both craft and commercial vendors and states its policy is to accept vendors of all races and ethnic backgrounds, prioritising variety with as little duplication as possible. Important warning from the organizer: vendor space is sold ONLY through the fair office, and any Bethlehem Fair space advertised anywhere else is not valid — the fair asks to be told if you see this.
