Greenfield Hill Grange No. 133, founded in 1893, holds its annual Agricultural Fair on the Grange grounds at 1873 Hillside Road in Fairfield. The day centers on judged exhibits — vegetables, fruits, flowers, baked goods, photography, crafts and hobbies — alongside demonstrations, vendors, games, raffles, food and refreshments, and live music. Recent years have added a visit from a local farm sanctuary's animals plus weaving and bee-keeping demonstrations. Admission is free. The Grange's own August 2026 column confirms the fair date is set for August 22, 2026.
