Settlers Green in North Conway holds its annual Holiday Festival & Tree Lighting on Saturday, December 5, 2026. Holiday happenings run throughout the day at locations around the outlet village, and the day ends at 4 p.m. with the lighting of the Christmas tree at The Gazebo.
