The 43rd annual La Kermesse Franco-American Festival, held over four days at St. Louis Field in Biddeford, ME. Biddeford's celebration of its Franco-American heritage, rooted in the French-Canadian families who came to work the city's textile mills. The festival features live music, a parade through town, carnival rides, fireworks, a Catholic Mass, a free Sunday crepe party under the big top, and dozens of local vendor and craft booths. Organized entirely by volunteers.
