Annual celebration of Rockport's iconic red fishing shack — America's most painted building — and its identity as a historic fishing village and vibrant artist destination. All-day festival drawing ~2,000 visitors with a 5K road race, food, live music, vendors, street performances, ~50 plein air painters set up downtown, children's activities, Poetry on the Green at the First Congregational Church lawn, and demonstrations at local art galleries (screen printing, watercolor, painting with AI). Walkable along Main Street, Dock Square, Harvey Park, and Barletta Park. Rain date May 17.
