This is a trade/consumer marine show produced by Informa Markets, not a craft-fair booth rental — there is no self-serve application form and no published rate card. Start from the "Become an Exhibitor or Sponsor" page: download the NIBS 2026 Exhibitor Brochure linked there, then either submit the Exhibitor Inquiry Form (Smartsheet, linked from the same page) or contact the sales team directly. Space types are in-water, land and booth, so the quote depends on which you need. Exhibitors are also eligible for two free programs worth asking about at application time: the Newport For New Products (NFNP) program, which highlights new U.S. product debuts across the show, website and partner publications (Cruising World, Sailing World, Yachting) and needs only an application and a photo; and the NIBS Star Award for Excellence, which each year honours four exhibitors for presentation and company image with $1,000 off the following year's space. The show runs Thursday 9/17 through Sunday 9/20, 2026, 10am–6pm daily except Sunday 10am–5pm, across seventeen acres of the downtown Newport waterfront.
