People Plus Senior Health Expo

The 15th annual People Plus Senior Health Expo, held in partnership with Spectrum Generations, takes place Thursday, October 8, 2026, from 9 am to 1 pm at the Brunswick Recreation Center, 220 Neptune Drive on Brunswick Landing in Brunswick, Maine. The expo brings together health, wellness and community-resource exhibitors for older adults and their families. Admission is free and open to the public.
