Portsmouth Halloween Parade 2026
The 31st Portsmouth Halloween Parade, a grassroots, community-funded costume parade held every October 31. Marchers gather on Peirce Island by Prescott Park around 6 PM and step off at 7 PM through downtown Portsmouth. Anyone in costume can march; the organizers say hundreds march and thousands watch from the sidelines. Free.
