Portsmouth's Illuminated Holiday Parade steps off from Goodwin Park and marches down Islington Street, reaching Market Square about 20–30 minutes later, where the Mayor and City Council host the city's Tree Lighting Ceremony. Hosted by the City of Portsmouth.
