The Quechee Scottish Games & Festival returns to the Quechee Polo Field in Hartford, Vermont on Saturday, August 29, 2026. A 50-year Upper Valley tradition, the games feature solo piping and pipe band competitions, Highland heavy athletics, Highland dance (Pre-Premier through Premier), 41+ Scottish clan tents in the Great Gathering, an opening-ceremony Clan Parade and Massed Fling, sheep dog demonstrations, a kids' ceilidh, a family scavenger hunt, Celtic and Boston-area musicians on the main stage, and Scottish vendors.
