Three-day free family-friendly festival at Chelsea Parade Park and throughout downtown Norwich. Mainstage music spanning multiple genres, Vendor Village of artists and artisans (paintings, sculptures, jewelry, textiles), 5K and 10K races, food trucks, kids zone, and community art classes.
