St. Peter's Grace Episcopal Church holds its annual Apple Festival on the historic Monroe Green every year on the first weekend after Labor Day. Craft vendors from across the Northeast set up tents on the green — 100+ crafters selling everything from doll clothes to jewelry to woodcrafts. Also features a food tent, "Apple Central" (apples, cider, apple-themed goods), a Country Kitchen with homemade baked goods and hot apple crisp a la mode, raffle prizes, a fall mum sale, and live music. Free admission and free parking.
