The Terryville Lions Country Fair returns for its 78th year on August 28-30, 2026 at the Terryville Fairgrounds, 171 Town Hill Road in Terryville, Connecticut. Run by the Terryville Lions Club as its biggest fundraiser of the year, the fair pairs a traditional Connecticut agricultural program - dairy and beef cattle, sheep, swine, poultry, rabbits, draft horses, working oxen and 4-H exhibits - with a midway, live music on the main stage, and motorsports including antique and garden tractor pulls, a truck pull and a Sunday demolition derby. Featured attractions for 2026 include The Flying Wallendas, the Wild World of Animals show, Friday-night fireworks, BINGO, axe throwing, and skillet- and keg-toss competitions. Exhibitors compete across 25 departments spanning livestock, baking, canning, needlework, flowers, photography and handmade crafts. Admission is $14 general, $10 for seniors 62+ and active military/veterans, $30 for a three-day pass, and free for children 10 and under with a parent or guardian.
