The Yankee Sportsman's Classic is northern New England's premier hunting, fishing, and outdoor sporting show, held each January at the Champlain Valley Exposition in Essex Junction, Vermont. The 33rd annual show (2026) runs Friday through Sunday and features hunting and fishing seminars, demonstrations, hundreds of exhibitor and vendor booths, outfitters and guides, gear and equipment for sale, taxidermy, retriever and dog demos, and hands-on activities for the whole family. Paid admission is good for all three days. The event benefits Camp Ta-Kum-Ta.
