Meet Me at the Fair lists fairs, festivals, and shows across New England — and you can track which ones you've applied to in one place.
Find candidate events. Browse Events by state, date, or category. Each event page lists dates, venue, and organizer details.
Apply. Application status on Meet Me at the Fair moves through stages you can track from your dashboard: Interested → Applied → Approved (or Waitlisted) → Confirmed. Organizers may also mark you Invited. Note that many organizers run their own application forms on their own websites — where that's the case, the event page links you out, and you can still track your status here.
After the show, your listing's event history builds automatically — fairgoers browsing a past event can discover your business from its exhibitor list.
