How do I claim my vendor listing?

If your business appears on Meet Me at the Fair, you can claim your listing for free. Claiming lets you edit your description, add photos, keep your contact info current, and confirm which events you're attending.

Find your listing. Search your business name on the Vendors page. On your listing you'll see a box that says "Is this your business?"

Claim it. Click Claim this free listing and create an account (or sign in if you already have one).

We'll match your account against the contact details we have on file for the business. If we can't verify you automatically, contact us with your business name and listing link — tell us how you're connected to the business (a reply from the business's email address or website domain is the fastest proof) and we'll finish the claim manually.

Why is my business listed if I never signed up? We build our directory from public sources — event exhibitor lists, organizer websites, and public records — so fairgoers can find every vendor at every show.
