Vermont Institute of Celtic Arts (VICA)

The Vermont Institute of Celtic Arts (VICA) is a Vermont nonprofit dedicated to preserving and promoting Celtic culture. VICA produces the annual Vermont Highland Games & Celtic Arts Festival each June at the Highland Center for the Arts in Greensboro, plus year-round Celtic arts education programming.
