From owner Robert Bryant, "After retiring to Great Moose Lake in Hartland, I was looking for something to occupy my time. As a long time Home Brewer and Coffee Roaster, I decided to start a small brewery and coffee roasting business. As I was working towards this goal, my son decided to join me. So now we're open in my garage on the lake adjacent to a well-traveled snowmobile trail! Our focus will be on to go sales in 32 oz Crowlers with a very small tap room. We expect to have 8 standard taps a
