The Phillips Area Community Center ("the PACC") is a non-profit community venue in Phillips, Maine. Housed in a historic brick building that was originally the Sandy River & Rangeley Lakes Railroad machine shop and later the Phillips High School gym, it features a large hall with a stage, a kitchen, and restrooms (one ADA-compliant). The PACC hosts suppers, dances, theater performances, roller and ice skating, a Celtic concert series, and a "First Saturday of the Month" Craft & Flea Market June through October, and is available to rent for private events.
