Bristol State Street Harvest Fair 2026

Celebrate autumn with the Bristol Merchants Association at the State Street Harvest Fair. Dozens of juried vendors take over Lower State Street and Rockwell Park to display unique, self-made, and hand-made items for sale. Lower State Street is closed to traffic, allowing pedestrians to stroll and browse. Live music and food round out the day. Admission is free, and free public parking is available first-come first-served on Hope Street, Thames Street, upper State Street and surrounding marked areas. This is an outdoor rain-or-shine event. The organizer's FAQ states that pets are not permitted — service animals only. The fair does not run its own food and beverage stalls; restaurants, cafés and coffee shops along the route are open. Vendor spaces are 10'x10' at $150 each; applications are handled through the Bristol Merchants Association.

Vendor/Booth Fee

$150

$150 per 10'x10' space (flat; a larger footprint means applying and paying for a second space). Free/discounted tables exist by exception, not as a published lower tier: one donated charitable table per festival by lottery (registered non-profits, businesses donating a share of profits, full-time students, active and retired first responders, veteran-owned businesses), one free table per event for a full-time student, and no-charge tables for BMA members with a brick-and-mortar business in Bristol RI. Licensed vendors only; self-made, hand-made, fine art, authors, chefs and artisanal goods qualify. Resale, MLM, "crafters", corporate/promotional and political vendors do not. Vendors supply their own 10'x10' tent, tent weights (waterfront site is windy), tables and a valid RI Sales Permit; no electricity and no wi-fi on site. Severe-weather refunds only, less a $5 transaction fee; no refund for a vendor cancelling within 14 days. Source: https://www.bristolmerchantsassociation.com/state-street-fair-faq-s read 2026-09-18.
