Three separate 2026 vendor applications are published at durhamfair.com/info/vendors/ — Indoor Vendor / Crafts Vendor, Antique Alley, and Outdoor Vendor — alongside the 2026 Rules & Regulations, which should be reviewed before applying. Outdoor applicants should also read the LP-gas cylinder re-qualification notice linked on the same page. No fee schedule and no application deadline are published on the vendor page. Food vendors are asked (not required) to avoid polystyrene cups, plates and clamshells in favour of 100% paper/cardboard with no plastic liner or plant-based compostables; latex gloves are not permitted — use nitrile or vinyl. Nothing may be sold, advertised or promoted on the fairgrounds except from within contracted space.
