A community and family celebration of fall in downtown Putnam featuring the Great Pumpkin, fall-themed shops and restaurants, a craft and art vendor fair, live music, and activities for kids. In past years a train has delivered guests to Putnam and departed with passengers for a scenic ride. Free admission. The organizer's own page (discoverputnam.com) still advertises "Saturday, October 19th, 10:00AM–3:00PM," which cannot be a 2026 date — October 19, 2026 is a Monday — so that listing appears stale.
