The 38th Annual Vermont Sheep & Wool Festival brings together fiber artists, shepherds and wool producers from across New England at the Tunbridge Fairgrounds. The two-day festival features fiber arts vendors, an animal barn, sheep herding and shearing demonstrations, a fleece show and sale, Designer Alley, shepherd talks, hands-on demos, fiber arts classes and contests, food vendors and live music. Admission is $10 online or $12 at the gate; children under 12 are $5 and toddlers are free. Camping is available at the fairgrounds for vendors on Friday and Saturday nights and for the public on Saturday night only. Service dogs only; an ATM is available onsite. The festival is run by a 501(c)3 nonprofit whose mission is to showcase natural fibers and the fiber arts while giving small farms and fiber producers a venue to promote their businesses.
