Maine Health Inspection Program

The Health Inspection Program within the Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention licenses and inspects food establishments, lodging facilities, public pools and spas, and other regulated establishments to protect public health. Issues licenses, conducts routine inspections, and investigates foodborne-illness complaints statewide.
