In 2014 co-owner and brew master Dan Fitzgerald, who has been brewing beer for nearly 10 years, invited his brother David to an all grains brewing class. After attending the class the pair would get together a few times a month to make beer, cook food, and reminisce about their youth growing up on the historic Mill River in Georgia, VT.
